easyRadio SoC RF Modules - Transceivers
Lower-cost, intelligent, easy to program radio sub-system; a high performance System-on-Chip RF transceiver. Variants include Point-to-Point, Point-to-Multi Point and LPWAN Sigfox / LoRa.
Key features of the eRIC module:
- Family of interchangeable devices.
- Programmable application memory (eRIC4 and eRIC9)
- Secure data transmission: AES 128 bit data encryption option.
- Selectable operating frequencies for world markets: 804-940 MHz for Europe, North & South America, India and China. 402-470 MHz for Europe, APAC and China.
- Fully programmable low power options offering current consumption as low as 32uA.
- Compact form factor, 20mm x 15mm x 2.5mm.
- BPF (RF band pass filters).
- Non-volatile flash storage.
- Temperature sensor (eRIC4 and eRIC9).
- Low drop voltage regulator.
- eRIC9 compatible with legacy TI CC1000 devices. CE/RED approved.

eRIC (easyRadio Integrated Controller) SMD modules are currenty available in 3 variants: the eRIC4 RF module for European 433/4MHz licence-exempt ISM band; and the eRIC9 dual-band RF module for European 868MHz and USA 902-928MHz licence-exempt ISM bands and the eRIC-SIGFOX, Sigfox 868MHz RF module.
